At Springfield World School, we provide an effective framework in the pursuit for education through a relevant, extensive, balanced and rigorously taught and monitored curriculum. Through a holistic approach towards learning we aim to inculcate in our students a high level of thinking skills which will enable them to tackle many of the moral, social and cultural issues which are a part of growing up. 

Our curriculum aims to help learners develop gradually & to lay the foundation for a happy, confident, well adjusted, independent individual. We have a progressive curriculum uniquely designed to meet twenty-first century global needs & spread the essence of IQ, EQ & SQ in our learners. 

  • Experienced Faculty 

    Springfield World School’s faculty comprises of experienced teaching staff who are well acquainted with academics and advanced teaching methods. Counselling and teachers training programmes are frequently organised by renowned educationists. While recruiting, we emphasise on professionalism, communication skills, commitment, etc.
  • Language Strategy

    Springfield World School is an English medium school which gives importance to English as it is the most commonly spoken language in the world. In addition, the school also focusses on Hindi language as children should be fluent in their mother tongue. 
  • House System 

    A sense of belonging and loyalty is promoted in the students by dividing them into four different houses. The houses have been named keeping in mind the four elements of nature named as AGNI, NEER, VAYU and PRITHVI. Inter class and house competitions such as debates, recitations, music, art & dance, etc., provide learning experiences which enrich the educational and social development of the students.

  • Learning inside and outside the classroom

    Springfield World School’s vision is to create a natural, holistic, student-centred learning environment which empowers and inspires our students to be creative, innovative, global leaders. 

    To promote such teaching & learning, an extensive school — based network have been installed to match the growing needs of learning in the school, including Internet for collaborative learning.  

    Every year school runs camps and other activities to extend learning outside the classrooms such as field trips, factory visits, adventurous camps, summer camp, etc. 
  • One to One Teaching

    With a ratio of 25:01, our teachers at Springfield World School are well trained for one to one teaching where the student has the undivided attention of the teacher.

    This means more opportunity to engage in real communication, more feedback and better understanding of the learner’s needs. The student certainly has more opportunities to use the teacher as a resource — to ask questions, to see models of language, and to practise skills. The student can develop a real and productive relationship with the teacher.
